    I've found this subway to be consistently good with staff that want to service your order accurately. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they take great care in loading up the toppings and doing it correctly.

    I've yet to see them make a mistake in my order - although there was one case where I had the cookie survey receipt code and they took a good 5 mins to get it sorted. Probably wouldn't have bothered had I known it would take so long.

    The guy making the sandwiches is disgusting!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! He was making my sandwich then went to ring up a customer and started taping on the computer screen, took her money then proceeded to start back again making my sandwich!! I told him to change gloves!! WTF!! That's a health violation and lawsuit waiting to happen!!! When it comes to food preparation,  cleanliness means everything!

    This location is a Subway Cafe, which to me just means they couldn't find a bigger place to open, so they took this very small space and put "cafe" in the name.

    When I say small, I mean it. There are only 2 tables which have 2 chairs each. Then 2 small sofa chairs and 4-5 bar stools looking out the window. There's also some outdoor seating, but it's not much.

    As for the food, it was the same as usual. I give this review a 4 star because there was no iced tea (water came out instead) and I can only imagine what this place looks like when it's busy.

    One more thing to add: the woman who was working was nice but never looked my way when I was standing at the bathroom for 5 minutes waiting for her to unlock. I'm still on a train now and oh man do I need to pee!

    Sandwich was okay/not great but can't complain too much. However the sandwich artist who made my sandwich wore the same gloves to take my cash (bills and change) then started making someone else's sandwich with the same gloves !!! Disgusting. I pointed it out to her and she had no response. I was tempted to ask for my money back as I lost my appetite but she used new gloves on mine and my friend didn't care so we ate it. :/

    Convenient one before/after an event at Rogers Arena, connected to Tinseltown.

    Find it less busier than others.

    Plenty metered parking.
